EMF Shielding Research: Polyester microfiber magic scarf EMF brain shielding hints:
1. It takes a lot more than one very cheap magic scarf to provide some low strength at least sometimes noticeably improved cumulative EMF brain shielding.
2. Polyester magic scarves look better when they are all the same color.   Once you've tested them and know they work, you might want to buy 10-20 in bulk in your favorite color.
3. The limited area EMF shielding provided by a magic scarf is probably a mixture of pressure-sensitive EMF shielding and limited polyester microfiber EMF shielding.
4. Polyester microfiber EMF shielding scarfs can provide quick install quick release shielding of your cheeks, your head, and also the bottom of your jaw.  They can also help shield your neck, but might be too loose to shield your neck without extra adjusting.
5. Adding an extra polyester microfiber scarf can increase EMF shielding.  2 magic scarves often provide more noticeably stronger shielding than one, particularly when shielding the bottom of your jaw, your cheeks, and the top of your head.

9. Useful EMF shielding positions for you to try magic scarves in include:
     9.1. A magic scarf with the smallest possible carefully cut rectangle in the middle of it for an eyehole (and/or an eyeglass hole) to shield your face and cheeks and the back of your head with.  (This is much stronger if you place any strong EMF shielding fabric like CobalTex underneath it.)

     New Wool Blend Tube Scarf from eBay.  These are effective but they can also contribute to overheating and they are vulnerable to shrinking.  I now recommend that you try one or more magic scarves instead for quick install quick release face and cheek shielding.  Caution: this wool product is vulnerable to shrinking when washed.  This heavy wool product, that has the disadvantage of being too hot, particularly in the summer, has multiple ways it can be used:
     1. In a cold winter climate, it could be used as an outdoor heavy tube scarf, with the tube fitting around the neck.  (If and when it shrinks, this is no longer an option.)
     2. If the tube scarf fits around your neck (before it shrinks any), it could be used to slide up over your cheeks and shield your cheeks very quickly.  This allows you to almost instantly shield your face.  This can provide heavy strong quick-install quick-release cheek and face shielding at the cost of wearing some very heavy wintertime neck shielding.  (At this point, I am recommending using much lighter and smaller magic scarves instead for quick install quick release face and cheek shielding.)

If you wear EMF shielding metal and/or cloth (as compared to prefitting EMF shielding clothing), webbing straps are essential for a variety of uses and provide a variety of EMF shielding options.
1. You need straps to hold your metal and/or cloth EMF shielding in place shielding your skin.
2. You need to use a strap to keep EMF shielding in place snug-tight on your skin.  The tightness level of straps is an important adjustable detail.  Tighter adjustment of these straps (if they hold EMF shielding underneath them) can produce additional EMF shielding power.  Looser adjustment can prevent/minimize any possibly eventual skin abrasion and usually reduces EMF shielding power.
3. In some cases, the skin pressure from tightly adjusted straps might produce additional pressure-sensitive EMF shielding even without any EMF shielding underneath it.  You can try this around your waist, wrists, and/or ankles for example.  There appears to be some sort of EMF shielding at least sometimes produced by applying pressure against at least some areas of your skin.  (There are also certain pressure points on your head, probably associated with nerves underneath them, where temporarily applying pressure with your hands can also produce increased EMF shielding and/or acupressure-based improvements in brainpower.)
4. Also, using straps to tightly strap clothing to your body might produce additional EMF shielding.  This might include straps around the bottom of your shirt, undershirt, sweater, and/or jacket, the bottom of your pants' legs (acting as a very cheap leg gaiter), and/or around your shirt cuffs (the parts of your shirtsleeves covering your wrists), acting as a shirt cuff and/or a wristband.

     A strap can be used to help keep pressure-sensitive EMF-shielding metal and/or fabric placed underneath the strap between the strap and your skin in place.  Most EMF shielding fabric is pressure-sensitive and only works effectively if it is placed pressing tightly against and covering your skin.  In addition to straps, here are some items you could use to hold EMF shielding tightly in place individually or in layers of EMF shielding fabric [and/or plain clothing fabric] on your skin:
1. Stretchy fabric (like magic scarves).
2. Quick release straps.
3. A chin strap (like the sleep legends premium chin strap).
4. A normal clothing belt that can optionally provide more skin pressure if it is tightly instead of loosely adjusted.
5. Elastic/compression clothes/underclothes.
6. Tucking your shirt tail in.

Caution: too much pressure against the skin might be uncomfortable and too much long term pressure against one spot on the skin might lead to skin abrasion.  One option to maximize EMF shielding effectiveness while avoiding/minimizing skin abrasion is to shield with tighter skin pressure during important thinking hours and then to reduce pressure on the skin in the evening and while you sleep at night.

     The smaller the width of the strap, the easier it is to install.  Wider straps might/might provide more EMF shielding power.

     This is an affordable discreet plate carrier that enables you to covertly wear light/heavy EMF shielding under your shirt.  It is lighter, smaller, and more covert or discrete than the NcStar Expert plate carrier, and it's lighter and smaller design omits or does not include some of the fancier, heavier, bulkier features of the NcStar Expert plate carrier.  For example, it has Velcro straps, not quick-release buckle straps, over the shoulders.  It does not have built-in side panels for side shielding.  And it has no molle connector straps.  Using this use plate carrier, you can use EMF shielding G-iron SuperFlex plates, sound absorbers, and/or whatever else you want to solidly and covertly shield your chest and back.  Use this to carry EMF shielding and/or sound shielding ONLY.  (Refer to this as "Brain Shielding" or "EMF Shielding", not body armor.  Do NOT use ballistic or bulletproof armor plates in this and do NOT buy a bulletproof vest in order to avoid federal and state laws concerning bulletproof vests and ballistics body armor.  A plate carrier, unlike a bulletproof vest, does NOT contain hard or soft ballistic shielding armor plates.)
The largest size, the 2XL+ size, is a little larger and bulkier than the other sizes, and might too large for some people.

Mcguire Gear Stretchy Wool Cap.  In 3 Colors: Green, Black, or Navy.  This stretchy wool cap will probably easily fit over other EMF shielding, including lead rubber caps.  Caution: Once this product stretches out, it probably does not shrink back to its orginal size.  This product might/might not fit on your head, and once it stretches out it might be a little too large and stretchy without other EMF shielding or caps underneath it.

     Wool provides good quality sound shielding.
     Verify that the product you select is 100% wool in the eBay description.  Wool probably shields better than polyester.  Caution: This product might/might not fit on your head before/after you add other EMF shielding.  (I selected the stretchable filter in the eBay search, but some of these shrinkable wool caps might still be too small for you.)  Even if it is too small to cover your head, you can still use it to shield a cheek.  Caution: this product is vulnerable to shrinking when it is washed, so avoid washing it unless absolutely necessary and if you do wash it wash it very carefully to avoid shrinkage.  2 of these placed over your cheeks provide excellent soft safe cheek sound shielding that can even safely shield close to the eyes with stretchy magic scarves and/or quick release belt buckle straps to hold them tightly in place.  Can cover over other head shielding and look natural.  You can use it to 1) shield your head, 2) shield your cheeks (using 2 of them), and 3) test to see whether or not wool sound shielding for your brain improves your brainpower.

New wool scarf, preferably 100% wool (including 100% cashmere) from eBay.  Can be used to wrap around the neck and/or face to and/or head to make your appearance look more natural and normal.  If you can find any knitted/crocheted 100% wool (including 100% cashmere) scarves for an affordable price, they are breathable and they can also be used to cover your cheeks and mouth.  Cashmere scarves are better quality, but might contribute more to potential overheating problems.



Base Layer Clothing or Cheap Minimal Low Strength Brain Shielding, EMF Shielding, and Sound Shielding Underwear [4/6/23]

Brain Shielding, EMF Shielding, and Sound Shielding Research
If you want to maximize brain shielding (including EMF shielding and sound shielding) at a very low cost, then you want a long sleeve polyester or polyester cotton or polyester blend EMF shielding T-Shirt to cover your lower arms in addition to your upper arms.  You also want long underwear so that your legs are entirely tightly shielded by polyester or polyester cotton or polyester blend long underwear.  I personally recommend skipping tight-fitting or compression clothing.  You might as well be comfortable.  I would skip long underwear that is too large or too loose fitting.
It is probably possible to inexpensively very lightly shield your body from mind control technology DEW directed energy weapon EMF and/or sound wave force fields (that are created using electromagnetic energy waves and sound energy waves) by wearing a base layer of one long sleeve T-Shirt made of polyester or polyester cotton or polyester blend and one pair of long underwear or leggings made of polyester or polyester cotton or polyester blend (over one pair of underwear briefs).  My research and testing leads me to believe that a T-Shirt sleeve made of polyester cotton does provide some very limited EMF shielding and some very limited sound shielding, while T-Shirt sleeves made of 100% cotton do not provide any EMF shielding and only provide very limited sound shielding.  Please test this yourself to confirm this.  I'm guessing that polyester provides some EMF shielding, while cotton only provides sound shielding and does not provide any EMF shielding.
Later, you can optionally upgrade this clothing to potentially much more expensive fancy EMF shielding long-sleeve T-shirts, fancy EMF shielding long underwear and/or leggings, and even EMF shielding briefs, that can optionally be worn over very cheap easily washable cotton or cotton polyester briefs.  I am initially suggesting skimping on expensive EMF shielding here because
1) You probably get the most EMF shielding and sound shielding improvements from shielding your brain, head, cheeks, and neck, not your chest and legs.
2) You can shield your chest more effectively using some of this store's best individual EMF shielding upgrades, specifically an X-ray or lead rubber vest and/or coat, a discrete and/or normal size plate carrier, and even home-made EMF shielding tunics.  You could ideally eventually combine EMF shielding clothing, EMF shielding fabric, and also sound absorbing fabric.
If, on the other hand, you are middle-class or wealthy, and want some EMF shielding upgrades that you can easily wear to work with minimal extra time and effort, and prefer the convenience of EMF shielding underwear to the full strength of EMF shielding technology, then you might want to invest in easy to wear (but perhaps not the highest in EMF shielding power) underwear quickly. (Just please remember that shielding your brain probably improves your brainpower a lot more than shielding your body.)  There is a whole lot of expensive EMF shielding underwear to choose from on the Internet.
Caution: An extra clothing layer of a polyester long sleeve T-Shirt and long underwear might contribute to overheating.
Caution: Please don't spend too much on your first pair of cheap polyester EMF shielding long sleeve T-Shirt and long underwear or leggings.  EMF shielding adds up to a eventually costing a lot of money, so you'll probably want to stretch your EMF shielding consumer dollar.  Also, getting nice fancy expensive EMF shielding underwear is something else that you will want to eventually upgrade to when you can afford it.
